    Our check-in time is at 2pm, and check-out is at 11am for our holiday homes in Aberdeen. We offer flexible times where possible and can arrange airport transfers to enhance your experience.
  • Do I have to pay a security deposit?
    There is the option to pay a refundable £150 deposit or pay a one off non refundable £9 accidental damage insurance.
  • Is there free parking available for properties?
    Yes, Lains Lettings offer free parking with many of its properties. However, the availability of free parking may vary depending on the specific property and location. For detailed information about parking facilities for a particular property you're interested in, please refer to the property's listing page or contact our customer service team directly.   • What is included in the price?
    Our apartments all come with WiFi, uncapped heating, hot water and cooker All towels and bed linen are included with the price For a full list please see our amenities page
  • Do you accept pets in your apartments?
    Sorry, we have a no pet policy at all of our apartments.
  • Is there a verification process?
    Yes, you will be asked to go through our partner and carry out our verification check. The check will ask for a selfie, a phone number, email address & photographic ID.
  • Do you accept group bookings?
    We have a maximum number of occupants per property, these are detailed on the property information.
  • Can I book for my colleagues?
    Yes, Lains Lettings welcome companies booking on behalf of their employees for contractors working in Aberdeen city and Aberdeenshire.
  • Are there any additional costs to consider?
    Additional costs are typically for mid stay cleans, early check in and late check out. We can also arrange trips and excursions for your party at an extra cost.
  • Do you offer guests any discounts?
    Yes, Lains Lettings offer various discounts depending on the nature and duration of your stay. Bookings made directly with Lains Lettings receive 5% discount, returning customers 10% and we have special rates for longer and extended stays, seasonal promotions and early bird offers. We also offer an 'ad-match', find a similar property online and we will match the advertised price. Contact our team directly to discuss the specific discounts applicable to your rental needs and find the best possible rate for your serviced apartment, holiday let, vacation rental, short term let and employee accommodation.
  • Can I purchase gift vouchers?
    Yes, we have gift vouchers starting from £60 for a one night stay for two people to bigger groups and longer periods. Please contact Lains Lettings by phone or email . Our gift vouchers have a 6 month expiry and can be used for any of our properties in Aberdeen City or Aberdeenshire.
  • Do I need to pay for heating, electric and gas when renting a property through Lains Lettings?
    No, for short term lets, serviced apartments, holiday lets, vacation rentals and company lets all utility bills including electric and gas are included in the price for added convenience. short stays are inclusive of electric, gas and heating ensuring you a warm and comfortable self catering stay with Lains Lettings.
  • Is there anything else we need to know?
    Lains Lettings takes great care in ensuring that our customers have a comfortable and hassle-free experience when booking with us. We encourage all our customers to please check our terms and conditions for full details of the booking process.   • What if I need to cancel?
    We adhere strictly to the cancellation policy that was selected during the booking process. Unfortunately, due to our strict adherence to these policies, we are unable to offer any exceptions. Any refund due will be processed within 5 working days but may take longer for international transfers.
  • Is there a minimum night stay?
    Depending on the season and availability, some of our properties do accept single-night stays. To explore your options and arrange a booking, please feel free to contact us directly.
  • What property management services do you offer for holiday homes?
    We provide co-hosting, cleaning, laundry services, full management, and relief management for Short let holiday homes (Airbnb style properties) in Aberdeen city and Aberdeenshire.
